Brief Description

Article 22 of the Constitution adopted in 2010 includes the following provisions: 1. No one may be subjected to torture or other inhuman, cruel or degrading forms of treatment or punishment.
2. Each person deprived of liberty shall have the right to human treatment and respect of human dignity.
